Welcome to the Delaware County chapter of Democratic Socialists of America! DSA is a member-led political organization working to build a society in which ordinary people, not corporations or the ultra-wealthy, have democratic control over the decisions that shape our lives.

We organize for strong unions, universal healthcare, affordable housing, racial and economic justice, environmental sustainability, and a government that serves working people right here in Delaware County.

Delco DSA primarily uses two forms of communications to stay in touch with one another: the "Signal" app for instant messaging and Proton for video meets and file storage. Please download these applications as soon as possible, and let a member know if you need assistance.

Delco DSA affects change through organized committees, teams of individuals working together on goals that interest them. On the left hand side you will see our current committees. All committee leadership are subject to vote once a year as specified in our bylaws.

Creation of new committees is voted on during General Meetings, typically held once a month. Delco DSA is always looking for new talent and those motivated to participate and lead. Regardless of your persuasion in democratic or left-leaning politics, Delco DSA wants you.
